Royal School of Needlework

I have been looking at the Royal School of Needlework’s website. There are some fabulous courses available, teaching hand embroidery to the highest standards whilst considering historical and contemporary design. Courses include white work, popular in the 19th century ,stumpwork, Jacobean crewelwork, silk shading and gold work, a personal favourite. I shall send off for a prospectus, the classes are at Hampton Court Palace and they do have nice tea rooms! ( http://www.royal-needlework.co.uk/Certificate_in_Technical_Hand_Embroidery.html)
